Aura ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Aura is designed as a private, local-first tool. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect or store your personal identity information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) on our servers.

2. Local Storage Only

All data generated within the App remains strictly on your device.

• Focus Sessions: Information about your completed sessions and intent phrases is stored locally using on-device storage on your iPhone.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not use any cloud servers or external databases to sync or back up your data. If you delete the App, your local data will be permanently removed.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple In-App Purchases: We use Apple's standard framework for subscriptions. Any payment information is processed securely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your credit card or billing details.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect the following anonymous data to provide this service:

• Anonymous App User IDs
• Purchase and subscription history
• Device identifiers (non-personal)
• Approximate location derived from IP address (country-level only)

4. Tracking and Advertising

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use any advertising frameworks or sell your data to third parties. Aura does not participate in any ad networks.

5. Data Retention

Your focus session data persists on your device for as long as the App is installed. You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App from your device. We do not retain any copy of your data on external servers.
